1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The product is unused and in original condition with tags and packaging

2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@cyberbrawlmart.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will assist you with the pickup or drop-off process.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes our quality check. Depending on the payment method, the refund will reflect in your account within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items like innerwear, cosmetics, perishables, or customized products are not eligible for return unless received damaged.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
